where are all of the ohio guys

Prior to this post, there hasn't been a post since 2004. So I'll get it started, I went to I.L. last weekend, 3" of ice about 15 other guys on the ice near Long Is. Have heard of eyes being pulled at moundwood. Does anyone know what the conditions of the ice are this weekend.
By the way I fished with a buddy last weekend and he ended up with 28 gills after 3pm.

ice was pretty thin tuesday. i am gong in the morning and check some farm ponds. will let you know what i find

went out today Indian Lake caught about 20 keepers Ice was 3"-4", good action plenty of little fish to keep one interested going to take my wife along tomorrow for a short morning trip.

Sorry, Dan I didn't read this until I got home. I think I did see you though. Too windy for me fished for about an hour and a half, only caught 1 fish, I was too worried that My wife and I would end up skiing across the ice to concentrate on fishing. Looked like the ice was about six inches, not sure b/c I reused my holes from yesterday let me know how you did.

I believe that there was a barge over at blackhawk taking docks out a couple of weeks ago, and the ice was bad then but I haven't checked recently, with this cold snap I will probably check it Friday.

Was on Indian till 130 and caght alot but all small had 5 inches of good ice. saw 10 people out there and all said the same thing to much wind. going out tuesday and hope to fish on the other side of long island. all fish hitting black or purple today.

got out today for about 2 hrs on a farm pond. slightly chilly. hunkered down and landed 15 bluegills of which 9 were keepers. hooked into a monster fish , but it got off before i got to see it. fished 1 rod and no tip ups. too cold for messing with them. ice was 4 inches thick. fished waxworm on chartreuse jig i make similar to genz worm. wind is supposed to die down monday afternoon, might try again then or tuesday. will post results.

Blackhawk was good yesterday, but with this rain and warm temps I wouldn't count on it till coller temps roll in.
