My brother fishes Western Lake Erie alot and does well.

That's the only one I know.

Fishing has been great at Buckeye for us on bluegills and perch. Although we've had to move lately to deeper waters as the 12-14 foot range is now dead.

South Bass Island (Put-n-Bay) is a good spot if you wish to try Lake Erie.
The ice gets good and locked in there. We are having some warm weather now though, I haven't been out yet. But when it gets good you can pull nice Walleye out of the area.
