whats a big pickerel?

were out ice fishing for pike and ended up with 3 pike and abou 30 pickerel
however i thought a few were pretty big, but dont know what is considered a "big" one. heres a pic, it was 24" long and 4 pounds (had a gut on it) its underneath two 25" pike for comparison

That's a good days' catch right there. I've always considered any pickerel over 20 inches a good fish, anything over 24 a lunker!
