Fall Birds

Postby Jim111 » Sun Nov 02, 2008 4:13 am

Sure seems to be a LOT of fall birds in VT this year, much like last fall. We see turkeys on nearly every trip away from the house lately and in flocks of an average of 30-50 birds. Saw one flock which numbered over 150 individuals recently. If we have a fairly mild winter it should be another fun spring next year! Here's one small flock I saw one frosty morning last week.
