I just use the peep sights, I left the iron sight on because they didn't bug me. I had a hell of a time getting that gun to go through a whole clip at the target range... I had to send it back to Remington to get rebuilt...

It dressed out at 122 pounds. She thought it was a barren doe when she made the shot, at about 65 yards.

if you dont see anything but white here its because deer hunting in mich has hit a all time low. Ive seen a total of 1 buck this yr and 10 does. EHD has devestated the deer poulation in mich this yr.why anybody would want to shoot the few remaining does this yr in specific areas is beyond me. I relize people need the meat to survive the winter and depend on it in tough times I know I do...but think of the long term
not just filling a tag.. things in my eyes wont be back to normal for 3 to 5 yrs if EHD doesnt raise its ugly head again nex yr..
In almost 40 yrs of hunting deer I have never seen it this bad in michigan.
