The open water place I checked last week apparently could be fishable by this weekend, according to a friend who checked on Sunday. We have some freezing rain mix coming in, so I don't know if I'll be able to go. My little 2wd won't be able to get back out of the parking area!

I was finally able to get out this past weekend. Fish were not biting like I would have liked, but my little guy got his first one on hardwater. That made it all worth while.
