I attend thiel college in greenville pa, on the way back down to school last weekend i fished conneaut lake. Lots of guys and no great luck for anyone i taked to. Im new to fishing in this area any tips u could spare?

we are headed to wilhelm this afternoon.... Usually do pretty good in late evening down by stumps.... Everyone there fishes by the stumps we found a channel right off the island that we fish..... conneaut lake is usually pretty good for panfish in front of condos a couple buddies went up last weekend and only 1 crappie about 13in. we are headed there tomorrow morning dont usually catch alot but the size makes up for them there....
