clean bluegill

electric fillet knife is the way to go just start at the head and remove the entire side of the fish. Leave a little at the end so that you can skin them with the same electric knife. Then you just cut along the ribs and your done. About 30 minutes to do 50 fish.

fillet both sides then take a spoon and run it over the rib side of the fillet. This usually will take out any left over bones
