pic problem

i am new to this site and i am have trouble putting pics on here. i resized it to 1kb nothing happened. then tried url from my myspace still wouldnt like me. said had to bed jpeg and it was jpeg

I just clicked on img and upload picture and it brought up my pictures and then I right clicked and copied image and then paste. You just have to play around and just hit preview before you submit.
