well I have something really cool to share with everyone.
I was talking with a family freind over the weekend and and he mentioned a sonar unit he had that he was willing to give me, so I without hesitation said I would take come to find out the thing was brand new in the box and never opened, but there is a catch, It was made in 1992. So here are some unboxing pics of my new 1992 sonar unit. hope everyone enjoys.

and the box has been opened. 21 years after it was taped shut at the factory.

Well I hope everone else thinks that this is as cool as I did I just wanted to show a pice of ice fishing electronic history with everyone. I kind of felt bad opening it all but it was just too cool to just look at. lol

AWESOME SCORE buddy, Way Too Cool !! That is one hardcore Mullet too !!! :wow: :lol:


Just a thought, you can also run that direct to a big 12 deep cycle battery if ya don't wanna keep changing out the 2 six's ! A insulated battery box with a 110 volt trickle charger will set you up for the whole season. :thumb:

Wow! great score!

I love how the box has today's date on it, too.

You'll have to show us some pix of it in action. Do you have a boat to take it out on?
