Looking for an auger

Hello everyone. Im looking for used gas auger. Nothing fancy the year or model doesnt really matter to me, long as it runs. something with a 8-10'' bit. Thanks guys, I really need one for this season. Something in the $100's price range!

First of all, welcome to the site As for the auger you are looking for, have you checked craigslist in your area? Where are you located?

well im located in northern new york. craiglsist has nothing in my area. id be willing to drop $200 on a decent used auger.

Try looking in pawn shops. Thats where I got mine for $100 with new blades.

I have a strike master I dont use anymore.Ran last year. Needs carb ajustment I think. You can have it I will be getting hand auger this Xmas. I am in Orange Co. New york(Monroe Greenwood Lake area) Wayne
