Vintage 1940-1950's era MotoRod Auto-Jigger. Made locally in Toledo Ohio. I have the orginal box and instructions. It is in perfect working order. If it doesn't sell here, it's going to the Freshwater Fishing Hall of Fame in Hayward Wisc.
