Vermont Shanty Wanted

Does anyone in Vermont have an old shanty that they are looking to get rid of? I am a college student that fishes lake bomoseen A LOT and I would love to have some shelter from the elements this year. Im not looking to spend a ton of money, but anything would be great. Let me know! Thanks guys!
