set up with about 1/2 hr daylight left, fished till about 7:00 had 1 small one on, lost him. That was the only excitement.
showed fish moving around, but they had lockjaw. also dulled up my auger blades when I drilled into a tree.
On the upside the new Clam is gonna work out pretty well.

Sounds about like the luck I had last Wednesday. Not sure what the deal is with the Dudgeon. We haven't caught near as many as we did last year. Last year on new years day we couldn't keep our poles in the water. We were pulling fish in left and right.

On a side note: I've been getting reports that the fishing has been good near the Blairs Ferry Road bridges outside Palo. I believe it is the areas I've highlighted here on this map...........
