Eat all the goodies we caught this past season :D , head to Maumee river and Detroit river for walleyes, St Joe for steelies, whack a turkey out back when our time comes and when it gets warm enough, start huntin them tasty morels. Then get the garden in and work on that between fishing trips. Oh, some where in there I need to find a job . Just ask my wife.

Sounds like a plan to me! I'll add in shore-fishing for lakers, browns and salmon April-May, trout-fishing the streams in May-June and playing in the garden all summer. Still ice fishing here though. heading out again for more rainbows tomorrow very early. :D -Jim

We have anywhere from 18-30 inches of ice still, but it's starting to get punky, from the sun, and that rain will be here by Friday, so I figure our days are numbered now. My wife and I had a fantastic season though. We landed the biggest rainbows I've ever gotten this winter and some great perch, pike, walleyes and browns too. -Jim

To pass the time til next season?

Hopefully work at a lucrative job

Other than, open water fishing and then the hunting seasons. I'd like to fish Maine a little more this spring/summer.

Actually the 'bows look and taste like sockeye salmon! Check it out! These guys haven't seen a hatchery in years, though I'm certain they were stocked at one time. -Jim
