Bluegill weight calculator

I just caught a nice bluegill the other day and didn't know that I should have weighed it as soon as I could after I had caught it, instead I put it in the freezer because I want to mount it. When I weighed it the next day while it was frozen it weighed 1 lb exact. I was wondering if any one knows what percentage of weight is lost from when you catch it to when it is frozen. I would like to have a little better estimate of what it weighed when I caught it.
